What cookies are and how we use them on agenda.do.
The Portuguese-language version is the legally binding original. Translations are provided for your convenience only; in the event of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by the browser when you visit a site, which make it possible to retain information between pages and visits. We also use similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage. For convenience, we refer to all these technologies as «cookies».
2. Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. The others are only used with your prior consent, under Law no. 41/2004 and the GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time, and refusing is as simple as accepting.
3. Cookies we use
Currently, agenda.do does not use audience-analytics cookies or its own advertising cookies. The only cookies and technologies we set directly are strictly necessary for the operation of the service:

4. Third-party cookies
Some features rely on external services that may set their own cookies when you use them. That processing is governed by those providers' privacy policies:
- Stripe: when you are directed to the payment and subscription-management pages hosted by Stripe, it sets operational and fraud-prevention cookies.
- Google Maps: when search displays the results map, Google may set cookies in your browser.
5. How to manage cookies
On your first visit, we display a bar where you can accept or refuse non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies always remain active, because without them the platform does not work correctly.
You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time. Note that blocking essential cookies may prevent the service from working and that, by deleting cookies, your preferences will be lost.
6. Protection of your data

7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the service or in legislation. The update date is shown at the end of the document.
